Extraction Process

The Goodnature Extraction System is a proprietary system, which allows for gentle and thorough extraction with extremely high extraction yields.

Yields can be up to 99.9% extraction, depending upon the raw material used. This is due to our patented Squeezebox Press, which is used in the second step of the process to press the extracted material dry, thereby greatly minimizing disposal costs and extracting every last ounce of the valuable product.

Extraction Process

  • A proprietary system which allows for gentle and thorough extraction with extremely high extraction yields
  • Obtains up to 99.9% extraction yield, depending upon the
    raw material
  • Uses a newly patented extraction vessel
  • May be used in a counter-current (series) or parallel method.
  • Thin-layer processing
    • Eliminates channeling, packing and incomplete extraction
    • Results in quick processing time
    • Allows the raw material to stay in place and yet have full exposure to the solvent
    • Eliminates agitation, i.e., stirring and mixing; therefore, the production of undesirable fines is virtually eliminated. As a result, our process produces a clear extract ready for packaging. In most cases, the need for additional filtration is eliminated.
  • Requires only a small amount of plant floor space
  • Utilizes air-operated valves and hydraulics (no electrical);
    • suitable for alcohol extractions or other highly volatile solvents
    • Utility costs are lower than other competitive processes
  • Again, the system may be used in a counter-current (series) or parallel method
  • Thorough and efficient extraction
    • Our patented Squeezebox Presses can be used to do the second stage of extraction, in which the extracted material is pressed dry, thereby greatly minimizing disposal costs. In addition, this pressing step extracts every last ounce of your valuable product. That’s why we say, “Squeeze it out! Don’t throw it out!”
  • No evaporation necessary!
